Knitting pattern for Tom Bear and his dungarees.
This is an easy to knit bear designed by Sardines For Tea and highly regarded, much published designer, Sue Jobson.
This pattern includes: instructions to make Tom Bear and his dungarees, a list of abbreviations, a materials list and recommended yarns. The pattern is written in English.
Techniques: You will need to be able to cast on and off, knit, purl, knit stitches together, pass slip stitch over, slip 1, make one stitch, and sew seams.
You will need:
1 pair 3.25mm (US 3) knitting needles
1 ball (85 metres per ball) Snowflake DK (We used Sirdar shade 634 Wuzzy )
1 ball Cotton DK blue
Small amount of black Cotton DK for facial features.
Toy filling
2 Small brown buttons for dungarees
1 tapestry needle
Finished size : 28cm (11 inches)
